Brian Ralicki in 2004, who wanted to use his twenty years of skill development, knowledge and practical supervisory experience to serve his clients better. As a union carpenter and project superintendant for other contractors, he learned the process of commercial construction. As the company Owner, he adds his business integrity and customer focus to this knowledge, and thereby improves the construction process for his clients.

At Champion Construction, LP, we will handle the full scope of project work for you as your Construction Manager or General Contractor. As your CM, we provide pre-construction input to budgets and scope and ongoing oversight of job progress, subcontractor performance and expenses. As your GC, we handle project site preparation and foundations, pre-engineered new construction, conventional block and frame building, self-performed interior fit-outs, and coordination of mechanical and finish subcontractors.
